Website redesign services,
built like a storefront, not a brochure.

Most small business websites were built once, in a hurry, and never touched again. If yours is more than a few years old, it's costing you customers every single day it stays online as-is.

What "redesign" means here

A redesign isn't a fresh coat of paint on the same structure. It means rebuilding the site around one job: making a visitor trust you fast enough to take the next step — call, book, or buy. That means:

  • Custom design and motion, not a templated theme
  • Clear, single-purpose calls to action on every page
  • Mobile-first layout — most of your traffic is on a phone whether your current site admits it or not
  • Technical SEO foundation (structured data, sitemap, proper metadata) from day one
  • Deployed on Cloudflare's global edge network for speed everywhere

Signs your current site is actively costing you business

Owners usually know something is wrong before they can name it. In practice, it's almost always one of these:

  • It was built for desktop first. If pinching-and-zooming is required to read your own homepage on a phone, most visitors leave before they ever see your offer.
  • The call to action is buried or plural. A page with six competing buttons ("Call," "Email," "Book," "Learn More," "Shop," "Contact") converts worse than a page with one clear next step per section.
  • It loads slowly. Every extra second of load time measurably increases the percentage of visitors who bounce before the page even finishes rendering.
  • Nobody has touched the copy in years. Old pricing, discontinued services, or a "2019" copyright in the footer all quietly tell a visitor the business might not be paying attention anymore.
  • It wasn't built with SEO in mind. Missing metadata, no structured data, and no sitemap mean search engines are working harder than they should to understand what the business actually does.

What's included in every rebuild

Every engagement — Launch, Growth, or Custom — includes the same non-negotiable foundation, not just the parts that show up in a screenshot:

  • Structured data (JSON-LD) for the business, its services, and its FAQ content, so search engines can surface rich results, not just a blue link.
  • A real sitemap and robots.txt, submitted to Search Console — most small-business sites are missing one or both.
  • Accessible markup — semantic HTML, labeled form fields, and keyboard-navigable interactions, not just a design that looks right to a sighted mouse user.
  • Edge deployment on Cloudflare, so the site is served from a data center physically close to whoever's loading it, not from a single origin server on the other side of the country.
  • A lead-capture path with attribution — every inquiry your new site generates should tell you which page and channel actually produced it, not disappear into an inbox with no context.

Why an operator instead of an agency

We run Easy Day Apparel, a live e-commerce storefront, ourselves — inventory, fulfillment, conversion, the whole thing. A redesign from us comes from someone who has actually watched a redesign move (or fail to move) real conversion numbers, not from a template library. That distinction matters more than it sounds: an agency that has never operated a storefront is guessing at what actually changes buyer behavior. We're making the same design and copy decisions on our own live business before we ever suggest them to a client's.

What a typical timeline looks like

Recon (a free audit of your current site and where it's leaking visitors) usually takes a few days. Blueprint — the fixed-scope proposal with a firm price — follows within about 48 hours of that call. From signed agreement to launch, a Launch-tier site is typically live in about 2 weeks; a Growth-tier cinematic build runs 4-6 weeks depending on page count and how much original content (copy, photography) needs to be produced alongside the build. Custom builds — e-commerce, web apps, multi-site — are scoped individually because the timeline genuinely depends on integrations, not just page count.

What happens after launch

A site that never gets touched again starts decaying the day it ships — plugins age, content goes stale, and nobody's watching whether it's actually converting. That's what the Optimize retainer is for: hosting, monitoring, and ongoing iteration instead of rehiring an agency from scratch every time something needs to change. It's optional, not a requirement to get a site built — but every project ends with that conversation, because "built and abandoned" is exactly the failure mode this service exists to fix.

Pricing

  • Launch — $2,800: up to 5 pages, custom design, mobile-first, SEO foundation, live in about 2 weeks.
  • Growth — $9,500: a cinematic custom build like this site, up to 10 pages, full motion and interaction design, complete SEO setup.
  • Custom — quoted: e-commerce, web apps, or multi-site builds, scoped after a free audit.

Frequently asked

Will a redesign hurt my existing search rankings? Done correctly, no — the biggest risk is broken redirects from old URLs to new ones, which is a checklist item we handle explicitly, not an afterthought. A rebuild with a proper sitemap and 301 redirect map should improve rankings over time, not reset them.

Do you write the copy, or do I need to provide it? Either. Some clients bring finished copy; most don't, and we draft it with them — a human writes and edits every word, informed by what actually needs to be said to convert a visitor in that specific industry.

What platform do you build on? Custom-built, deployed on Cloudflare's edge network — not a page-builder template that gets slow and hard to maintain as soon as you add more than a handful of pages.

What do you need from me to get started? Access to your current domain/DNS, any existing brand assets (logo, photos) you want to keep, and about 30-60 minutes for the Recon call. Everything else is on us.
