Your data, handled
like it's ours.
The short version: we collect only what we need to respond to you, deliver work, and get paid. We never sell your data. Card numbers never touch our servers. Bank connections, when you make one, run through Plaid and you can disconnect at any time. Email us and we will show you what we hold or delete it.
Who we are
Irishman Management LLC is a Florida limited liability company based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This policy covers irishmanmanagement.com and the client tools we operate on it, including payment pages, invoices, proposals, and any application where we deploy bank-account linking. What we collect, and where it comes from
- Contact and audit requests: name, email, business name, and your message, submitted through our forms. Unworked inquiries delete themselves automatically after 180 days.
- Newsletter signups: your email address and the page you signed up from.
- Payments: processed entirely by Stripe or PayPal on their systems. We never see or store card numbers. We keep the payment record itself: amount, date, what it was for, and the email on the payment.
- Invoices and proposals: the name, business, and email we bill or send proposals to, plus the line items and payment status.
- AI concierge chats: the messages you type to the site assistant, processed to generate a reply.
- Basic analytics: aggregate, cookieless page analytics via Cloudflare. We do not run advertising trackers.
- Click signals: anonymous events such as "someone clicked the email link", kept 90 days for attribution, with no personal profile attached.
Bank account connections through Plaid
Where we offer bank-account linking, it is powered by Plaid Inc. When you choose to connect an account, you do so through Plaid Link, Plaid's own consent flow, which tells you exactly what is being shared before you agree. Through Plaid we may receive account and transaction information needed to provide the service you asked for, such as reconciling payments or producing financial reporting.
- We access financial data only with your explicit consent, given inside Plaid Link.
- We use it only to provide the service you connected it for. We never sell or rent consumer financial data, and we never use it for advertising.
- Your bank login credentials are handled by Plaid, not by us. We never see them.
- You can disconnect at any time by contacting us, and we will delete the associated financial data unless the law requires us to keep a record.
- Plaid's own handling of your data is described in the Plaid End User Privacy Policy.
How we use data
- To answer your inquiry and scope the work you asked about.
- To send invoices and proposals you are expecting, and receipts for payments you make.
- To send the newsletter you signed up for. Every send includes an unsubscribe link.
- To run the business: bookkeeping, records of payments, and legal compliance.
- To keep the site working and secure: rate limiting, abuse prevention, and error diagnostics.
Who we share with
Only service providers that make the site and the work function, only the data each one needs: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Stripe and PayPal (payments), Plaid (bank connections you initiate), Resend (transactional email), Klaviyo (newsletter delivery), Google (owner sign-in on our internal console), Anthropic (AI concierge replies), and Shippo (shipping labels and tracking when something physical ships). We do not sell personal data to anyone, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertisers.
How long we keep it
- Inquiries we never worked: auto-deleted after 180 days.
- Anonymous click events: auto-deleted after 90 days.
- Newsletter emails: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete you.
- Invoices, payments, and financial records: kept for the period tax and accounting law requires, then deleted.
- Connected bank data: only while the connection serves its purpose, deleted on disconnect or on request, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
This schedule is reviewed periodically and enforced in the systems themselves where possible: the automatic deletions above are built into our storage, not a manual chore someone has to remember.
How we protect it
All traffic to the site is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2 or better. Data at rest lives in Cloudflare's storage, which is encrypted at rest. Access to production systems and stored data is limited to the owner, behind multi-factor authentication, and API secrets are stored in Cloudflare's encrypted secret store, never in code. Payment credentials are held by Stripe and PayPal, and bank credentials by Plaid; neither ever reaches our servers.
Your rights
Email hello@irishmanmanagement.com from the address in question and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, export it, or delete it, usually within a few business days and always within the window your local law sets. Deletion has its own page with step-by-step instructions, including the automatic path for apps connected through Facebook or Instagram: irishmanmanagement.com/data-deletion. Depending on where you live (for example under the CCPA or GDPR) you may have additional statutory rights; we honor requests in that spirit regardless of jurisdiction.
Cookies
The public site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our analytics are Cloudflare's cookieless beacon. The internal owner console uses a session credential so the owner stays signed in; visitors never receive it.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. A material change to how we handle financial data will be called out on this page, not buried.
