The bill under
your platform bill.
The plan price is the number they advertise. It is not what you pay. Put your own figures in and see the whole thing, a year and three years out. Nothing here is our guess about anyone's pricing: every number below is yours.
Not your card processing rate. This is the cut some platforms add on top when you do not use their own payment processor. It is on your statement, and it is often the biggest line here.
Arithmetic on the figures you entered, nothing more. We do not publish anyone else's prices here because they change; check your own statement and use those numbers.
One number of ours, for contrast
We ran our own store, Easy Day Apparel, on a rented stack: $705 a month across the platform, its apps, email and books. We rebuilt it on our own infrastructure and now run the whole thing for under $50 a month. Over $8,400 a year, gone, and search traffic went up rather than down. That is our store and our bill, not a projection, and the case study shows the work.
Whether the same move pays for you depends on your numbers, which is the point of the calculator above. Sometimes the answer is stay put, and we will tell you that.
