The short version: use the site and its tools for their intended purpose, pay what an invoice says by the date it says, and the AI concierge is a helpful starting point, not a binding quote or professional advice. A specific engagement's scope, price, and timeline live in that engagement's proposal, not in this page.

Agreement to these terms

By using irishmanmanagement.com, its payment pages, or any application we operate on this domain, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Irishman Management LLC is a Florida limited liability company based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Questions: hello@irishmanmanagement.com.

What these terms cover

This page governs the public website, the AI concierge, the contact and audit-request forms, the newsletter, text-message signup, payment pages, and the connected-account features we provide through authorized business workspaces. It does not set the scope, price, or delivery terms of any specific project. Those terms live in the proposal or invoice for that engagement and control wherever the two conflict. Internal owner-only tools remain staff tools rather than a public service.

SMS Terms

Irishman Management's text program is optional and governed by the program-specific disclosures and SMS Terms at irishmanmanagement.com/sms#sms-terms. The signup page has two separate, initially unchecked choices: one for recurring customer-care and service texts and one for recurring promotional texts from Irishman Management LLC. You may choose either, both, or neither; checking one does not select the other. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We honor other reasonable revocation requests too. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our Privacy Policy explains mobile-information use and our prohibition on sharing SMS opt-in data or consent for third-party or affiliate marketing.

The AI concierge

The concierge answers questions about our services from a fixed set of published facts (pricing, timelines, portfolio) using an AI model. It is a starting point, not a quote, a contract, or professional, legal, or financial advice. Published pricing at irishmanmanagement.com/#pricing is always the authoritative source; if the concierge ever states something that conflicts with it, the published pricing controls. The concierge cannot access accounts, orders, or private data, and never asks for payment details in chat.

Automated tools in managed services

A signed engagement may use bounded automated or AI-assisted tools for classification, routing, summarization, or ranking. Their outputs are advisory unless the signed scope expressly says otherwise. They do not by themselves connect an account, change a permission, move money, approve or file a transaction, or make a material financial decision. The engagement's Statement of Work and Data Handling Addendum control the approved purpose, data fields, human review, providers, and retention.

Invoices, proposals, and payments

An invoice or proposal we send you states its own price, scope, and due date. Paying an invoice, or accepting a proposal, is how you agree to those specific terms.
Card and digital-wallet payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal on their own systems; we never see or store your card number. Offline payment methods we may also accept (such as a bank transfer or a check) are logged against the invoice once received.
A deposit or partial payment against an invoice is credited toward that invoice's balance. Refund and cancellation terms for a specific engagement are set in that engagement's proposal; absent a specific term there, contact us and we will work it out directly rather than lean on boilerplate that doesn't fit the situation.
Recurring invoices (a retainer, for example) continue on their stated schedule until you cancel; cancelling stops future charges and does not refund a period already invoiced and paid.

Acceptable use

Use the site and its tools the way they are meant to be used. Do not attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls, scrape or bulk-harvest content, submit fraudulent payment information, impersonate someone else in a form or a payment, or use the AI concierge to generate content unrelated to our services. We may rate-limit, block, or terminate access for use that violates this section.

Connected business accounts

A business may connect accounts and assets from services such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, or X only when it owns those assets or has authority to grant access to them. By completing a platform authorization flow or asking us to connect an asset, the business authorizes Irishman Management LLC to use the granted permissions only to provide the requested workspace, publishing, messaging, analytics, support, or account-management functions.

The business remains responsible for its content, customer relationships, required notices, and the accuracy of the authority and consent it grants us.
WhatsApp messages must follow Meta's policies. Marketing messages require a recorded WhatsApp opt-in and an approved template, and opt-out requests must be honored.
We do not use one business's credentials or data for another business. Workspace access is limited to the connected business and authorized operators.
The business can revoke a connection at any time. Revocation stops future platform activity after the credential is cleared, subject to in-flight actions already accepted by the platform.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, its design, and its copy belong to Irishman Management LLC. Deliverables from a specific paid engagement (a website, an automation, a piece of software) are owned per that engagement's proposal or contract, not by this general page; ask if you cannot find that term in your proposal and we will point you to it or add it.

Third-party services

Parts of the site depend on third-party hosting, security, communications, fulfilment, payment, bank-connection, connected-platform, and bounded AI or automated decision-support services that we do not control. A person or authorized business may directly invoke or connect services from Meta, Stripe, PayPal, Plaid, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, or X. Each provider operates under its own terms, and an outage or change on its end can affect what we can offer here.

No warranty

The site and its tools are provided as-is. We work to keep them accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, that the AI concierge's answers are error-free, or that the site will be free of every defect. Nothing here limits any warranty we make in a signed proposal for a specific engagement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Irishman Management LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the AI concierge. For anything arising from the public site itself (as opposed to a specific paid engagement, which is governed by that engagement's own proposal), our total liability is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us for the service that gave rise to the claim in the 12 months before it arose.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site's tools for anyone who violates these terms. A specific engagement's own termination and cancellation terms are set in that engagement's proposal.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. A material change is called out on this page, not buried. Your continued use of the site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
