Your data, deleted
on request.

You can have your data removed from any Irishman Management LLC app or website at any time. Deletion is free, permanent, and honored whether or not the law where you live requires it.

Apps connected through Facebook or Instagram

If you used one of our apps through Facebook or Instagram, you can remove the connection from Facebook:

  • Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
  • Find the app, choose Remove, and check the option to delete the data the app has about you.
  • Facebook then sends us a signed deletion request. Our system verifies it, deletes data mapped to that Meta user ID, and returns a confirmation code. You can check its status on this page using the link Facebook provides.

Connected business accounts, including WhatsApp

If your business connected Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp assets to an Irishman Management LLC workspace, email hello@irishmanmanagement.com from an authorized business address. Name the business, workspace, and accounts you want disconnected. We will revoke our access, clear stored connection credentials, stop future API activity, and delete or de-identify associated operational data we control unless a limited record must be retained for security, dispute resolution, or law.

If you are a person who messaged a connected business on WhatsApp, contact that business or email us with the business name and the phone number used for the conversation. After verifying the request, we will delete conversation and contact data we control and coordinate with the connected business where it is the data controller. Removing our copy cannot remove a message already delivered to another person's device or data Meta retains under its own policy.

Everything else, or if you prefer a human

Email hello@irishmanmanagement.com from the address in question and tell us what to delete: a form submission, newsletter signup, chat history, connected business account, or your entire footprint. We confirm what we hold, verify authority where business data is involved, delete it, and reply when it is done, usually within a few business days and always within the window your local law sets. Some financial records (paid invoices, payment ledger entries) must be retained for the period tax law requires; those are deleted when that period ends.

What gets deleted automatically anyway

Some data removes itself without anyone asking: unworked inquiries auto-delete after 180 days and anonymous click events after 90 days. The full retention schedule is in our privacy policy.
